Frequently asked question about attending the Opera e Lirica shows in Rome and Sorrento
1. When should I arrive?
We recommend you arrive at the Opera e Lirica concerts a minimum of 30 minutes before the performance starts.
2. Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets for collection are held at the Main Entrance of the concerts.
3. What happens if I arrive a little late?
If you arrive late, for safety reasons you will be asked to wait in the foyers until the interval or a suitable break in the performance when the lights are raised.
4. Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code – feel free to dress up or down.
5. How can I reclaim lost property?

6. Can I take food and drink into the Opera hall?
Food and drink are not permitted in the Opera Hall.
7. Is it possible to record or photograph the performance?
The use of cameras and recording equipment is forbidden. You can make a photo with the artists after the performance.
FREE TICKETS
The free tickets are valid only for the following shows: The Four Seasons by Vivaldi, La Traviata with Ballet, The Three Tenors in Rome, Opera Concert. A total of 8 seats are dedicated to free tickets, including children and disabled people.
REFUND POLICY
Tickets are completely refundable by 48 h before the beginning of the concert only for the following concerts: La Traviata at St. Paul within the Walls in Rome, The Three Tenors at at St. Paul within the Walls in Rome, The Four Seasons in Rome.
To ask the refund send an email at info@operaelirica.com by 48 h before the beginning of the concert.
Tickets are not refundable for any reasons for all the other concerts.
